Orders

An order is confirmed once the studio acknowledges it and payment is received. Because originals are unique, an order may be cancelled by us with a full refund if the piece has already sold elsewhere.

Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. Frame and size choices change the final price, shown before you place the order.

Artwork

Every original is hand-painted; small variations from the photographs on this site are natural and not defects. Colours may render differently across screens.

Copyright

Buying a painting transfers the physical work, not the copyright. Reproduction, printing or commercial use of the image requires the artist's written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra.
