Shipping Policy

Framing and dispatch

Each painting is framed by hand after your order. Dispatch usually happens within 3–5 working days, with delivery in 7–10 working days across India.

Charges

• Free insured shipping within India on orders above ₹ 5,000.
• Below ₹ 5,000, a flat ₹ 250 courier charge applies.
• International shipping is quoted per order; customs duties are payable by the recipient.

Packing

Framed works travel with corner protectors, glassine over the surface, bubble wrap and a rigid double-wall carton. Unframed pieces ship rolled in a hard tube.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link on WhatsApp and email the day your painting leaves the studio.

Damage in transit

All shipments are insured. Photograph the packaging and the work and tell us within 48 hours of delivery so we can replace or repair the piece.
