Return Policy

Seven-day window

If a painting is not right for your wall, tell us within 7 days of delivery. Return it unused, in its original frame and packing, and we will refund the artwork value.

What is not returnable

• Commissioned or custom-size works painted to your brief.
• Custom framing ordered outside our standard teak, walnut and matte black options.
• Works damaged after delivery through handling or hanging.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of the returned work reaching the studio safely. Return courier charges are borne by the buyer unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong item

Send photos within 48 hours of delivery. We arrange pickup at our cost and either repair, replace or refund in full.
